在2020年和2021年，由于新的冠状病毒感染的传播，东京游戏展在网上举行。 我们能够提供大量的游戏内容，同时利用从任何地点进行在线访问的优势，在各种在线平台上提供方案分发、试用版、电子商务、商业配对和其他服务。 然而，许多TGS粉丝和参展商告诉我们，他们希望真正的展会回归，他们希望明年去幕张。 已经有两年时间了，我们被提醒，虽然新的信息可以通过互联网获得，但只有当每个人都能在同一个空间里一起分享时，才能创造出激动和喜悦的气氛。
