Business Day Ticket

Business Days on September 26 (Thu.) and 27 (Fri.) are open only to those in the game and game-related business.
Pre-registration is required to attend. Please read the "Notes on Registration" below before pre-registering.

Notes on Registration

  • Only persons related to the game business (those working for game-related companies, those engaged in game-related work, distributors, etc.) are allowed to enter.
  • No one under the age of 18 or students (including university and college students) will be admitted. Admission with infants and preschool children is also not permitted.
  • Please enter your company name, address, and other information to prove that you are a member of the game industry when applying.
  • Based on the information provided at the time of application, a screening will be conducted to ensure admission to the Business Day. Please note that you may not be admitted to the Business Day due to the preliminary screening.
  • We do not allow others to enter information on your behalf. When registering, please enter the correct information (name, company name, address, etc.) in person. If you arrive at the Business Day with incorrect information, we may not be able to verify your identity and you may not be admitted.
  • When pre-registering for the Business Day, please register one person at a time using the e-mail address of the person who will attend the event. Group registrations will NOT be accepted.
  • Each registration is valid for one person ONLY.
  • Business Day visitor badge is valid for the two days of Business Days .
  • Business Day visitor badges may not be lent or transferred to others.
  • Public Day tickets (advance tickets: 3,000 yen (tax included)) are not valid for Business Day admission.
  • Advance registration will be accepted until 23:59 on September 17(Tue.)[JST]. Advance registration (free of charge) using the "Business Day Advance Registration Code" will be accepted until 23:59 on September 25(Wed.)[JST].
  • Payment for the paid pre-registration fee and the Business Day GOLD Pass can only be made by credit card. Cancellation after payment cannot be accepted.
  • "After completing the application, please print out the ""PDF ticket"" displayed in My Ticket in A4 size.
    On the day of the event, please bring the PDF ticket, two business cards, and a photo identification document (driver's license, passport, or my number card) to the reception desk."
  • "The name and company name entered will appear on the PDF ticket.
    Please note that if the number of characters exceeds 13 double-byte characters (20 single-byte characters), some of the characters may not be displayed."

1. Business Day Pre-Registration Code Holders

The Business Day Pre-Registration Code is a 16-digit registration code distributed by exhibitors to all interested parties.
If you have a Business Day Pre-Registration Code, please pre-register (free of charge) before coming to the show.

  • *Pre-registration codes cannot be used again once registered.
  • *To prevent unauthorized use or outflow of the "Business Day Pre-Registration Code", the secretariat manages the Pre-Registration Code Number. Please handle them with care.

What is the "Business Day GOLD Pass"?

TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024 offers the Business Day GOLD Pass, a pass for Business Day visitors that facilitates smooth business meetings and networking.
GOLD Pass is a premium pass that allows visitors to use the Business Lounge during TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024 Business Days (September 26 and 27), as well as exhibitors, to reserve and use the lounge for business meetings, and to reserve business meetings with other visitors using the full functionality of TGS Business Matching System.
Please note that in order to increase opportunities for business discussions, the names of companies and organizations that have applied for the Business Day GOLD Pass may be displayed on TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024 official website and on venue signage.

Business Day GOLD Pass Benefits

  • Access to TOKYO GAME SHOW "Business Lounge" (Location: International Conference Room, Makuhari Messe International Conference Hall 2F)
  • Business meetings can be reserved in the Business Lounge using the TGS Business Matching System.
  • Visitors can make reservations for business meetings using the full functionality of the TGS Business Matching System.
  • Free participation in TOKYO GAME SHOW ”International Party" at Real Venue (September 27, 2024 [Friday] 18:00-)
  • "Business Day GOLD Pass," you will be issued a pass at the dedicated counter (in front of the Exhibition Halls 3, on the 2nd floor of the International Conference Center), allowing you with fast track to enter the venue without waiting for a long time.
