"TGS Business Matching System (Business Meeting)"

TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024 will offer business meeting opportunities to Business Day visitors. Upon purchase of a “Gold Pass Ticket” or “Business Day Ticket,” visitors will receive an invitation e-mail from the “TGS Business Matching System” to register for the system and have business meetings with exhibitors. Business meetings at TGS2024 will be conducted using TGS Business Matching System, which will be available for 4 days during the show, both in real and online.

Introductions of exhibitors and the technologies, products, and services they can offer and those they are seeking are posted on the system, allowing visitors to search for this information and contact the person in charge.

In addition, TGS Business Matching System has a "recommendation" function, which picks up the most suitable business partners based on the profile information of registered exhibitors, etc., and displays them in the system. This function increases the probability of business negotiations.

As in previous years, TGS2024 will be attended by many exhibitors from not only in Japan but from Asia and other countries, making it possible to conduct international business meetings.

Notes

TGS Business Matching System will be available for setting up business meetings from Thursday, September 26 to Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Mutual agreement is required to make an appointment. Please note that appointments may not be unestablished.
Business Day Ticket attendees cannot make appointments with other Business Day Ticket attendees using the "TGS Business Matching System" (appointments with exhibitors are possible). If you wish to make appointments with other Business Day Ticket attendees, please apply for a "Gold Pass Ticket".
